In our first session, we will talk about your circumstance and the goals you desire; this will bring a clear focus to the future sessions. During your coaching sessions we aim to build a trust-worthy and meaningful client-coach partnership. Together with your coach you will assess your emotional wellbeing and life progress which will allow you to explore your happiness, state of mind and whether you are achieving your goals. This focus on self-assessment will allow you to understand and recognize your strengths and weaknesses but also where you want to be in life and how to get there.
From this, you and your coach will establish a strategic action plan with goals in order to help you overcome barriers and make the necessary positive changes in your life. Your coach will not only provide you with cognitive behaviour techniques and strategies to apply to your day-to-day life but will also provide continuous support and motivation to ensure you stay focused and motivated to achieve your goals. Our overall aim is to help our clients to challenge their understanding and belief systems of their world and identify how to improve their ways of thinking, believing and living to live a positive and fulfilling life.
